Corporate Group Workshops
Deepen the Results of Your Workshops through Art
When we use art in workshops it increases participant’s engagement, reflection, and embedding by evoking emotions. Psychology tells us that ideas conceived also in this way are more likely to become part of our behavior and come to life. By incorporating collaborative art expression into your workshop, you significantly increase the likelihood that the ideas developed are transferred into behavior and daily life.
My art-extended workshops invite corporate teams to:
Connect and express what’s present in the moment
Use emotions and hands-on art to make ideas memorable
Participate in the team’s ideas, even if you’re not an outspoken personality
Create unique artworks as lasting reminders—transform your collective experience into something tangible and ready to be displayed
Whatever the purpose of your workshop, let’s discuss how we can bring the results to life through art. I will help you tailor the experience to your team’s unique challenges and objectives, making every session relevant, meaningful, and lasting.
Art’s expressive force offers corporate teams a fresh and powerful way to explore new territory—an approach still undiscovered by most workplaces. Through art, participants experience an integrated journey of individual reflection and shared engagement, tailored to each company’s current aims and context.
These workshops encourage open exploration, experimentation, and out-of-the-box thinking, blending abstract ideas with concrete words and imagery to shape memorable collective artworks. The creative outcome instills pride, a sense of belonging, and serves as a visual anchor for the values discovered and achieved together.
Each workshop is personalized to the team’s unique challenges and objectives, making every experience relevant, meaningful, and lasting.

About Me
© Zoe Tempest
Drawing from my experience as a professional artist, architect, and design coach, I guide participants to use hands-on creative techniques as practical tools for stress relief, clarity, and self-expression. Throughout my journey, I’ve seen how artmaking can spark deep personal change—and I am passionate about helping others unleash their creativity to support both personal and professional goals.
Artmaking inspires fresh perspectives and helps teams visualize ideas, strengthen connections, and navigate challenges together, creating space for genuine discovery and professional growth. I have guided this intuitive creative process with students and professionals across Europe, including teaching in institutions such as F+F (Schule für Kunst und Design, Zurich), ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste), TU Delft, Fontys Academy of the Arts, IED Madrid, and Universidad Europea Madrid.
In addition to my academic work, I have regularly supported design teams in developing concepts for commercial interiors, blending detailed briefs with intuitive, exploratory methods to co-create outstanding, memorable spaces. Collaborative art is also central to my practice, where I bring together personal collective stories through participatory art projects.
In 2024, I developed and facilitated a series of corporate workshops for a major company, working alongside a psychologist and in close partnership with the client to create experiences that truly engaged and inspired the team. It is the success of this collaboration that inspired me to keep helping teams unlock their creative potential, express through artistic means what is meaningful within their professional context, and build lasting connections through powerful artistic experiences.
