Can a daily object keep its meaning and feeling when extracted from its original purpose?
In this exercise I test wether or not the original object keeps communicating, or only its material properties (color, texture, touch) remain.

It is surprising how many learned values we accept, and how much we are missing from what the actual objects and their material properties communicate to us. If we are willing to look and feel closely.
What started as a material research exercise has flourished for me into a celebration of new beginnings and out-bringing. And of female power.
